This approach allows us to:

Production and shipping times

Your order goes through two stages:

1. Production
2. Shipping

The overall lead time is 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation.

This time frame may vary slightly depending on:

• order volume
• logistical constraints

Delivery

Orders are shipped:

• to your home
• or to a pick-up point

Tracking information is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

MS Motors cannot be held liable for:

• carrier delays
• customs processing times
• events beyond its control

Unclaimed packages

For deliveries to a pick-up point or La Poste:

If the package is not collected within the allotted time:

• it is automatically returned to MS Motors
• at the following address:

Reshipping

Once the package has been returned:

You have two options:

• collect your order directly in Cannes
• or request a new shipment

In that case, a flat fee of €9 incl. tax (approx. $10.50) will be charged.
