MS MOTORS
"MSMOTORS PRIZE DRAW 01"
From April 28, 2026 at 00:00 to July 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm inclusive
Article 1 – Organisation of the contest
MS Motors, a company registered under SIRET number 50103942400038, incorporated on November 7, 2007, with a share capital of 126,000 euros, whose registered office is located at:
27 Boulevard Général Vautrin – 06400 Cannes – France
is organising a purchase-based prize contest entitled "JEU CONCOURS MSMOTORS 01", accessible on the organising company's official website: https://boutique.msmotors.fr
Article 2 – Duration of the contest
The contest runs:
- Start: April 28, 2026 at 00:00
- End: July 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm inclusive
(French date and time being authoritative). Any entry registered outside this period will be considered void.
Article 3 – Entry conditions
The contest is open to any adult natural person with legal capacity, residing anywhere in the world.
Entry is strictly personal, nominative and non-transferable. Only one real identity per participant is allowed. The use of multiple identities, email addresses, payment methods or devices intended to circumvent the rules of the contest is prohibited.
Entering the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The following are excluded:
- the directors and employees of MS Motors,
- their immediate family members,
- any person involved in the organisation, management or promotion of the contest.
Any entry that does not comply with these rules may be cancelled.
Article 4 – Entry by purchase
Entry is made by purchasing eligible products on the official MS Motors website.
Eligible products and entry allocations:

The organiser may add new products or entry tiers without modifying the prizes or the draw procedure.
Shipping costs, which vary depending on the destination country, are added to the prices shown.
Each entry is automatically recorded in a secure computer file used for the designation of the winners. Each purchase grants exclusively the number of entries corresponding to the product ordered.
Any attempt at manipulation, fraud, creation of multiple accounts, identity theft or any irregularity observed may result in the immediate cancellation of the entry, without notice or recourse. Incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent contact details: entry cancelled.
Article 4 bis – Free entry with no purchase necessary
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, free entry is possible by handwritten letter addressed to:

The letter must contain:
- a handwritten request to enter,
- last name, first name,
- full address,
- email,
- phone number,
- a sworn statement of legal age,
- acceptance of these rules,
- a copy of a valid identity document.
One request = one entry.
Deadline for sending: July 20, 2026 (postmark being authoritative). Postage costs may be refunded on request at the standard economy rate in force.
Article 5 – Designation of the winners
The random draw designating the winning entry will be carried out by a DépôtJeux agent no later than fifteen days after the end of the contest. The result of this draw will be filed with a judicial officer.
This date may be postponed if one of the persons responsible for the operation designated above is unavailable on that day; a new date would then be set to carry out the draw.
Any entry containing a false statement, an incorrect and/or incomplete statement, and/or that does not comply with these rules, will be declared void by the panel and will result in the designation of another participant by a new decision.
Prior to the final awarding of a prize, the organising company may carry out any useful verification concerning the winner's identity, their compliance with the rules, the validity of their entry and the absence of fraud.
In the event of ineligibility, fraud, refusal of the prize, inability to reach the winner or lack of response within the stated time frame, the prize may be awarded to the alternate.
A main winner and an alternate will be designated for each prize. The designation takes place within a maximum of 15 calendar days after the close of the contest, no later than August 5, 2026.
Article 6 – Prizes and unlock thresholds
Prize 1 – Audi RS3 (awarded no matter what)

An Audi RS3 will be awarded in all cases, regardless of sales volume.
Prize 2 – An additional Audi RS6 (if 15,000 items sold)
If 15,000 items sold are reached before closing, an Audi RS6 will be awarded by a separate designation.
Prize 3 – An additional Mercedes G63 AMG (if 30,000 items sold)
If 30,000 items sold are reached before closing, a Mercedes G63 AMG will be awarded by a separate designation.
Additional prize – Carspotters
The two videos by the Carspotters, content creators associated with the MSMotors 01 contest, will each receive, at their choice:
- coverage of the cost of a driving licence,
- or a prize of 1,000 euros.
The award terms will be specified by MS Motors. The videos produced will be published on the creators' social media channels (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram); they must not have been sponsored or have benefited from purchased views or comments, and must convey a positive message about the contest, without controversy or inappropriate remarks.
Cash buy-back option
If a vehicle winner prefers to receive money instead of keeping their prize, MS Motors undertakes to buy back the vehicle won with a 20% discount. The winner will then receive 80% of the value of the vehicle won, by bank transfer. This choice must be made in writing within 7 days of notification of the win.
Unavailability of a vehicle
If an announced vehicle becomes unavailable, the winner may choose:
- either a vehicle of equivalent value,
- or the buy-back option provided above.
Automatic close of the contest
Regardless of sales progress or whether the trigger thresholds are reached, the contest ends no later than July 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm. The designations of the winners then take place on the basis of validly registered entries and according to the thresholds reached at the closing date.
Article 7 – Delivery of prizes
The vehicles will be handed over according to the terms defined by MS Motors.
For winners registering their vehicle in France:
- French registration is included in the prize,
- the French administrative formalities required for the initial registration are handled by MS Motors.
As the contest is open to participants residing throughout Europe, any winner wishing to register their vehicle outside France remains solely responsible for:
- the formalities in their country,
- any taxes or duties,
- local homologation if required,
- insurance,
- putting the vehicle on the road outside France.
Travel costs to collect the prize remain at the winner's expense. Prizes are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except where the buy-back option provided in Article 6 applies.
Article 8 – Liability
The organising company cannot be held liable for:
- Internet connection problems or technical failures beyond its control,
- interruptions or disruptions of the website,
- hardware or technical errors affecting the recording of entries,
- delays, losses or malfunctions attributable to postal operators or carriers,
- the winner's use of the prize after handover.
The vehicle's roadworthiness test, where required under the regulations applicable in the winner's country, is their sole responsibility. Use of the vehicle is exclusively the winner's responsibility.
Article 9 – Consulting the rules

Article 10 – Filing and modifications
These rules are filed via DépôtJeux with the office of Maître Doniol, 7 rue Jean Jaurès – 77410 Claye-Souilly, judicial officer (commissaire de justice). They can be consulted free of charge throughout the duration of the contest at: http://www.depotjeux.com/
Entering the contest implies pure and simple acceptance of these rules in all their provisions, as well as of the laws and regulations applicable to prize contests in force in France.
The rules may be amended at any time in the form of an addendum by the organisers, published online on the website, and filed via DépôtJeux with the office of Maître Doniol before publication. The addendum takes effect from the time it is published online, and every participant will be deemed to have accepted it simply by taking part in the contest. Any participant who refuses the amendment(s) must stop taking part in the contest.
Article 11 – Claims
Any claim must be made within 48 hours of the official announcement of the winners. No challenge relating to the draw, validated entries, trigger thresholds or award terms will be admissible beyond this period, except where mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
Article 11 bis – Fraud prevention and cancellation of entries
The organising company reserves the right to cancel, suspend or invalidate any entry obtained by means of:
- fraud,
- computer manipulation,
- fictitious purchases,
- declined or cancelled payments,
- chargebacks,
- refunds occurring after entries have been allocated,
- bots, automated scripts or unfair practices.
Any cancelled, refunded or unpaid order may result in the corresponding cancellation of the associated entries. In the event of proven fraud, the organising company may exclude the participant without compensation.
Article 11 ter – Taxation, local compliance and winner's obligations
Each winner remains solely responsible for complying with the tax, reporting, customs or administrative obligations applicable in their country of residence. MS Motors cannot be held liable for any taxation, reporting obligation or local restriction affecting the enjoyment of the prize.
Article 11 quater – Platform and social media compliance
This contest is not sponsored, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform used for its promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise. Each participant acknowledges that these platforms bear no liability whatsoever in relation to the organisation of the contest.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
Any reproduction or use of the visuals, texts, trademarks or elements related to the contest without the prior written authorisation of MS Motors is prohibited.
Participants, content creators, influencers or third parties who voluntarily publish, transmit, tag, mention or submit to MS Motors photographs, videos, UGC (User Generated Content), social media posts or original creations relating to the vehicles to be won, the MS Motors garage, the contest or the promotional operation, grant MS Motors, on a non-exclusive, free-of-charge basis, transferable to the contest's partners and valid worldwide, a licence of use including the right to:
- reproduce,
- display,
- distribute,
- republish,
- adapt (provided the work is not distorted),
- use for advertising, promotional, editorial or commercial purposes,
- exploit this content on any medium (website, social media, press, billboards, digital advertising, promotional videos, marketing campaigns).
This authorisation is granted for a period of five (5) years from the publication or submission of the content concerned.
The participant or creator warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the content transmitted or published and indemnifies MS Motors against any third-party claims in this respect.
Any use of content that involves no voluntary submission, no tagging and no clear participation in the promotional operation remains subject to separate authorisation from its author.
Article 12 bis – Specific conditions for influencers, ambassadors and content creators
Any person taking part in the promotion of the contest as an influencer, ambassador, media partner or content creator, in particular via YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or similar platforms, acknowledges that the content created as part of this operation may be used in accordance with Article 12.
Unless a separate contract has been entered into with MS Motors, no additional remuneration is due for this use beyond the prizes or benefits expressly agreed.
Influencers and creators remain responsible for complying with the regulations applicable to their publications, in particular with regard to advertising transparency, commercial disclosures, promotional practices and the obligations imposed by the platforms used.
MS Motors reserves the right to refuse, remove or decline to share any content likely to damage its image, breach applicable law or infringe third-party rights.
Article 12 ter – Conditions applicable to UGC content
Any content submitted, published or shared as part of the contest must:
- not infringe third-party rights,
- not contain unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content,
- comply with the rules of the platforms on which it is distributed,
- not include elements subject to rights without authorisation.
MS Motors may remove from the operation any participant or content that does not comply with these conditions.
Article 13 – Image rights
The winners authorise MS Motors to use their surname, first name, image, voice, photographs, videos, recordings or interviews made in connection with the contest, for communication, advertising and promotional purposes relating to the contest, without additional financial consideration.
This authorisation covers in particular digital media, social networks, promotional campaigns, press relations and audiovisual content related to the operation.
Where third parties voluntarily appear in content submitted by a participant, the participant warrants that they have obtained the necessary authorisations from the persons concerned.
Article 14 – Personal data

Participants may ask not to appear in, or to be removed from, the file at any time. They have a right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning them on simple request to the contest address, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, the GDPR, and Decree No. 2005-1309 of October 20, 2005.
Persons who exercise their right to have their data deleted before the end of the contest will be deemed to have waived their entry. Any request must be sent by post to the organiser's address mentioned in Article 1.
The personal data collected (participants' surname, first name, postal address, email) is collected and processed solely for the purpose of organising and running the contest, in particular awarding the prizes. It will be kept for a maximum period of 6 months from the close of the operation, then destroyed.
For the organisation of the contest and for the sole purpose of contacting the winner, the organising company will have access to the personal contact details of the participants, the winner and the beneficiary.
In accordance with its privacy policy (https://boutique.harley-davidson-caen.com/policies/privacy-policy), the organising company may disclose each participant's personal data to the judicial authorities in order to respond to an injunction or other request from those authorities.
Article 15 – Disputes
These rules are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity or performance of these rules falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Court of Nice, France.
Article 16 – Force majeure and right of modification
The organising company reserves the right, in the event of force majeure, an event beyond its control, a legal obligation, systemic fraud, a major supply disruption or the material impossibility of running the contest under the conditions initially planned, to:
- amend the rules,
- postpone the contest,
- temporarily suspend the contest,
- or end it early.
Any amendment will, where required, be the subject of an addendum published in the same manner as the rules.
Article 17 – Transparency and participant trust
The organising company affirms that the designations of the winners take place in accordance with these rules, under the control of the official report drawn up by Fidéalis SAS – depotjeux.com.
Any communication relating to the winners, where legally possible and subject to data protection rules, may be documented in the manner determined by the organiser.
